Testing & Inspection
Hydrostatic Test
100% hydro testing up to 450 kg/cm² using high pressure triple plunger pumps.
Ultrasonic Test
Rotating transducer system in pulse-echo mode for volumetric defect detection.
Eddy Current Test
Detects surface defects and pin holes on the outside or inside diameter of tubes.
Corrosion Test
Intergranular corrosion testing as per ASTM A-262 Practice 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'E'.
Mechanical Testing
Tensile, hardness, flare, flattening, flange and reverse-bend tests to the governing standard.
